$\eta$ = efficiency, percent
$v$ = velocity of line, feet per second
$F$ = force of line, pounds force
$$ v = \frac {550P}{F} \eta $$
$$ F = \frac {550P}{v} \eta $$
$$ P = \frac {F \, v}{550 \eta} $$
